Shipping & Handling
Most merchandise is shipped via United Parcel Service or U.S. Postal Service's Priority Mail. All orders include a shipping and handling charge based on the number of items in your order. This charge is subject to change without notice.

All shipping rates are based on shipping to the continental United States only. For orders outside this area, please contact us at giftshop@shrineofsaintjude.com.

Standard Delivery Rates:
$6.00 for the first item, plus $1.00 for each additional item.

Express Delivery Rates:
Federal Express - Two-day Economy:
$15.00 for the first item, plus $1.50 for each additional item.

Federal Express - Next Day (afternoon delivery):
$25.00 for the first item, plus $2.00 for each additional item.

Return Policy
Please open your order upon receipt. If any items are damaged, report them to us immediately. We back everything we sell with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please call our customer service department at 312.226.0020 for a return authorization.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
